The 2 day course is split into Planning Your Business and Running Your Business and covers all the aspects above and more. To book your

The cost of the course per attendee will be £240.00 if at Knighton on the Shropshire - Powys border and £340.00 if in Wokingham, just off the M4. There
will be a light lunch and tea & coffee throughout the day. It will run from 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. If two people from the same organisation attend there will be a 20% discount and
we would recommend you both attend if you are starting out as a partnership or are a husband and wife team. A non refundable deposit of £100 per person will be required to secure your place on
the course with the balance payable on arrival at the course.

We will also spend time with you on a one to one on specific subjects on each of the individual aspects below. The cost of this one day consultancy is
£120.00 and a light lunch and refreshments are provided. We will also visit you at your premises for a tailored course specific for your

Our courses are aimed at both those who are new to the hospitality business or those who just need some refresher training. We aim to equip you with
the tools you need to build a successful and profitable business.
We will cover trade secrets gained from years in the business such as:
- Does it matter if the linen threadcount is 100 or 500? - Actually it may feel more sumptuous but is difficult to iron!
- When a guest in your holiday let intentionally or accidentally damages an item they will often place an item of furniture over it to disguise it therefore on
changeovers be suspicious of moved items!
