We will provide the guidance you need to start up and run a new or existing Bed & Breakfast, Guest House, or Small Hotel.

The 2 day course is split into Planning Your Business and Running Your Business and covers all the aspects above and more.  To book your place please select from the drop down list below.

 

The cost of the course per attendee will be £240.00 if at Knighton on the Shropshire - Powys border and £340.00 if in Wokingham, just off the M4.  There will be a light lunch and tea & coffee throughout the day.  It will run from 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. If two people from the same organisation attend there will be a 20% discount and we would recommend you both attend if you are starting out as a partnership or are a husband and wife team. A non refundable deposit of £100 per person will be required to secure your place on the course with the balance payable on arrival at the course.

The Bed & Breakfast Association , which is the UK's trade association for B & Bs and Self Catering Organisations, promote our course on their website and we will include information about how to join on our course.
